Before You Arrive

  • BUY: You’ll need a class credit to book your spot. Once you have it, head over to our schedule page to choose a class and reserve your spot.
  • SHOES: Cycling shoes aren’t required, but certainly recommended for cycle classes. Shoes will be available for rent or you can wear gym sneakers. For train classes we recommend comfortable sneakers. For LIFT specifically, shoes are required. For reformer grip socks are required. Socks are available for purchase if needed.
  • WEAR: Put on something you want to sweat in. We suggest form fitting pants or shorts and a breathable top. No need to bring a towel – we’ve got plenty.
  • HYDRATE: Don’t forget to drink water before visiting us. We can’t stress this part enough. Clients can choose to bring their own bottles and fill up at our filtered water stations or purchase water bottles at the front desk.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Classes have loud music and flashing lights. Please let your instructor know if you have a medical condition so that we can work to accommodate you. Earplugs are available.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: We require a 12+ hour notice if you need to cancel your class. To ensure that you get back your credit from your cancellation, you MUST cancel 12+ hours before (this includes waitlisted riders). If you cancel after that, you will lose your class credit, and will be charged $15.00.

GET SET

  • ARRIVAL: Please make sure you arrive about 15 minutes before class. This will ensure enough time for proper bike setup, reformer set up or train set up. Please note that if you do not arrive a minimum of 5 minutes before your class, your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist.
  • CHECK-IN: If you have booked online, be sure to sign-in at the front desk. If you are not signed in, then we will assume you’re not here.
  • WAIVER: All first-time clients are required to fill out a waiver. The front desk will provide you with a form when you check-in. All clients 16 years and under must have their waiver signed by a parent or guardian in-person.
  • SETTLE IN: If you are new, we do recommend selecting a spot in the back of class, to follow along with those in front of you. If you are new to reformer, please make sure you arrive 15 minutes early to ensure proper reformer set up + explanation of the machine.
  • SAFETY: Before class begins make sure that you are aware of your surroundings + machines. For cycling classes, please make sure all knobs on the bike are tightly fastened. For reformer classes, please make sure your machine is set up properly and your straps are adjusted. Please remember to always listen to your body and work at your personal fitness level.
