Policies

BOOKING:

FireCycle Studio offers multiple classes a day, seven days a week. You can reserve your spot in advance online or by calling the studio any time up to 30 minutes before class. Spots are on a first come, first serve basis – so make sure you have a class credit to your account before booking. We encourage all first time clients to choose a spot towards the back of class so you can follow along to those in front of you.

WAITLIST:

If the class you want is full, join the waitlist. In order to successfully sign-up to a waitlist, you must have an available credit in your account. If a spot opens up, your name will be removed from the waitlist and automatically enrolled into class. You will be notified about this change via email, so if you have been waitlisted, please check your inbox periodically.

CANCELLATIONS:

We require a 12+ hour notice if you need to cancel your class. To ensure that you get back your credit from your cancellation, you MUST cancel 12+ hours before (this includes waitlisted riders). If you cancel after that, you will lose your class credit, and will be charged $15.00. If you NO SHOW to class, meaning you don’t cancel out of your spot, you will be charged $20.00.
